Welcome

These terms explain the rules for using my website and buying my products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.

Using My Website

You must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian's permission) to place an order on this site.

When using my website, you agree not to:

  • Use it for anything illegal

  • Try to damage, disable, or interfere with the site

  • Copy, resell, or misuse my content without permission

  • Provide false information when creating an account or ordering

Products

I try to describe and photograph my products as accurately as possible. However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to your device's screen settings (see my Colour Disclaimer)

  • Pattern placement can vary due to handmade nature of the products and I cannot guarantee exact replication of the design on the product photos

  • Product photos may feature AI-generated models, though all products are genuine (see my Photography Disclaimer)

  • I reserve the right to make small changes to products without notice

All products are subject to availability. If something is out of stock after you order, I'll contact you as soon as possible.

Pricing

All prices are shown in £GBP and include VAT where applicable.

I try to make sure prices are accurate, but mistakes can happen. If I discover a pricing error after you've ordered, I'll contact you before processing your order.

I reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this won't affect orders you've already placed.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. I'll send you an order confirmation email, but this doesn't mean I've accepted your order yet.

Your contract with me is only complete once I've dispatched your item and sent you a shipping confirmation.

I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if:

  • The item is out of stock

  • There's a pricing error

  • I suspect fraud

Payment

Payment is taken at the time of ordering. I accept debit/credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, mobile wallets, Klarna, PayPal.

All payments are processed securely through Squarespace Payments.

Delivery

Please see my Shipping Policy for full details on delivery times and costs.

Returns and Refunds

Please see my Returns Policy for full details on your right to return items and how refunds work.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website - including text, images, logos, and design - belongs to me and is protected by copyright law. You may not use, copy, or reproduce it without my permission.

Limitation of Liability

I provide my website and products with reasonable care and skill. However:

  • I'm not liable for any indirect or unforeseeable losses

  • Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud

This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by my Privacy Policy, which explains how I collect and use your personal information.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Resolving Disputes

If you have a problem with your order or you're unhappy with something, please contact me first at contact email. Most issues can be sorted out quickly this way, and I'll always try to find a fair solution.

If we can't resolve things between us directly, you can contact Citizens Advice for free, independent guidance, or Trading Standards.

As a UK consumer, you also have the right to use an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider to help settle the disagreement without going to court. I am not currently signed up to a specific ADR scheme, but I'm always happy to discuss any concerns directly first and try to reach a fair outcome.

Nothing in this section affects your right to bring a claim through the courts at any time.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court, that part will be removed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. The rest of these terms will continue to apply in full.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be handled by the Scottish courts.

If you're a consumer living in England, Wales, or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
