  • Where I Ship

    I currently ship to:

    • All UK addresses *Deliveries to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man may be subject to delays due to Customs checks.

    If your location isn't listed and you'd like to order, please contact me and I'll see what I can arrange.

    Processing Time

    I aim to process and dispatch orders within 2 business days of receiving your payment. If you need your order faster, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request.

    Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

    During busy periods (like holidays or sales), processing might take a little longer. I'll let you know if there are any delays.

    Once your order is dispatched, I'll send you:

    • A shipping confirmation email

    • Tracking information (where available)

    You can use this to track your parcel's progress.

    Delivery Issues

    If Your Parcel Doesn't Arrive

    If your order doesn't arrive within the expected time frame:

    1. Check with neighbours or your building's reception

    2. Contact me with your order number

    3. I'll investigate with the courier and sort it out

    If Your Parcel is Lost

    If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, I'll send you a replacement or provide a full refund - your choice.

    If Your Parcel Arrives Damaged

    If your parcel arrives damaged:

    • Contact me within 48 hours

    • Send photos of the damage and packaging

    • Keep all packaging

    • I'll arrange a replacement or refund

    Incorrect Address

    Please make sure your delivery address is correct when ordering. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact me as soon as possible.

    I'm not responsible for parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by you, but I'll do my best to help resolve the situation.

    Undelivered Parcels

    If a parcel is returned to me because:

    • You didn't collect it from the delivery office

    • Delivery was refused

    • The address was incorrect (and you were notified)

    I can reship it, but you'll need to pay the shipping costs again.

  • Returns Policy

    Your Right to Cancel (Distance Selling Regulations)

    When you buy from me online, UK law gives you the right to change your mind. You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to let me know you want to return it.

    You then have another 14 days to send the item back to me.

    You don't need to give me a reason - you can simply change your mind.

    How to Return an Item

    If you want to return something:

    1. Contact me within 14 days of receiving your item. 

    2. Send the item back within 14 days of telling me you want to return it

    3. Pack it carefully and send back - you're responsible for the item until it reaches me

    Important: You'll need to pay for return postage unless the item is faulty or I sent you the wrong thing.

    Refunds

    Once I receive your returned item and check it's in the right condition, I'll refund you within 14 days the full price you paid for the item minus the shipping costs. I'll use the same payment method you used to buy the item unless you ask me to do something different.

    Condition of Returned Items

    Items must be returned in their original condition. This means:

    • Unused and in the same condition you received them

    • In their original packaging where possible

    • With all tags still attached

    • Not worn, washed, or altered in any way

    You can open the packaging and examine the item (like you would in a shop), but anything beyond that may affect your refund.

    I can reduce your refund if the item has been used or damaged (unless it's faulty).

    Items I Can't Accept Returns For

    Under UK law, some items can't be returned once opened for hygiene or safety reasons. Therefore custom or personalized items made specifically for you can't be returned unless they're faulty.

    Faulty or Wrong Items

    If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or I've sent you the wrong thing:

    • Contact me straight away

    • I'll arrange collection or provide a prepaid return label

    • You'll get a full refund including delivery costs, or I can send a replacement

    • This is your legal right under the Consumer Rights Act 2015

    Damaged in Transit

    If your item arrives damaged, please:

    • Contact me within 48 hours

    • Send me photos of the damage and packaging

    • Keep all packaging

    • I'll arrange a replacement or full refund

    Cancelling Before Dispatch

    If you want to cancel your order before I've sent it, just contact me and I'll refund you in full.

    This can happen because:

    • Your screen's brightness and colour settings affect how things look

    While I work hard to photograph and display products as accurately as possible, I can't guarantee that the colour you see on your screen will be an exact match to the real product.

    All products shown on this website are real and available for purchase. However, some images may feature AI-generated models to display the products.

    The products themselves are genuine - only the models showing them may be digitally created. This helps me showcase my products in different styles and settings.
